Hello, hello, hello!

It’s the COiNELOT people back again to hopefully make your Sunday!

Yes, we* DO want to host a second COiNELOT. And YES, we did decide on a date that’s closeish to the actual ten years anniversary of the show so that anyone not living in Europe might get the chance to go to Pierrefonds AND this con in just one trip.

BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!

For this con to actually take place we NEED YOUR HELP.

So far we’re lacking

- A venue (which is kind of crucial both for planning activities AND to estimate a ticket price)
- A sparkling fresh idea for fundraising**
- A mistress (or master) of coin who’ll take charge of the finances
- A webmistress (or two) who’ll take care of updating (both in design, and, later, content) our website, facebook, twitter and Livejournal. (Basically all the social media outlets apart from tumblr.)
- Someone who’ll fill the job that we haven’t thought of yet ;)

Both Rox (@craziest-adventure, some of you might remember her as that highly competitive woman with short hair at the con who made everyone cry with her Merthur video) and I, momo (the one who talked all the time) cannot do this alone for various (personal) reasons, but at the same time we really, REALLY want to do it again because the first time was so much fun and we have a TON of ideas for it already.

**We’ll need funds to pay for

- screening license(s)
- supplement costs for venue/everything else to make tickets affordable because there’s no chance that tickets will be as cheap as they were last year, unless someone else can offer us a big enough venue for free (or as close as) or we raise enough money to pay the difference. Even then tickets will most likely be more expensive than in 2016.
